Contest Rules
Here are the rules for winning free stuff at The Wacky Shack
- 1. Each Prize has it's own contest, make sure you follow that Prize's contest rules.
- 2. Have Fun. Play Often. You really can win a FREE Prize (we even pay for the shipping and handling).
- 3. You can only win 1 Prize in a 30 day period. You gotta let other Wackies have a shot, you know! We will only allow 1 Prize mailed to the same address once in a 30 day period. You can still play the contests, we'll let you know if you would have won, you just won't get a free prize.
- 4. You must submit a real working email address with your contest. If you win and I don't hear back from you in 7 days, the prize goes to someone else.
- 5. Make sure it is ok with a parent first. Look at the item review together to make sure it's something you would both want to watch/listen/play.
- 6. Only one entry allowed per contest. If more than one entry is received from the same address, only the first one will be accepted.
- 7. We are very sorry, but we can only send prizes to a United States address (in the 48 contiguous states). If you live in another country, we still want you to play! We'll let you know if you would have won - we just can't make you the official winner.
- 8. Contests end at 11:59pm EST on the last day of the contest. The winner is selected by random from all of the correct contest entries. Winners will be notified by email. If there are no winners for a contest, a new contest will be held for that Prize. Someone's gonna get that Prize!
